Payment-provider charges
Payment-processing fees charged by Paystack or another supported provider may apply separately from SherehePass platform charges. The applicable charges should be displayed or agreed before an event begins accepting paid orders.
Successful transactions
Transaction-based platform charges should apply only to successfully confirmed paid orders unless a separate organizer agreement states otherwise. Failed payment attempts should not create valid tickets.
Refunds and reversals
Refund-related platform fees, provider charges, and settlement adjustments may depend on the payment provider, event refund policy, and organizer agreement.
Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly indicated. Organizers remain responsible for their own tax, licensing, and statutory obligations.
